Hello!
I'm Mark Kreider, an adventure photographer, filmmaker, and ecologist based in Missoula, MT. I'm passionate about linking art and science to explore how we relate to our natural environment. Much of my current work focuses on how to facilitate more fire-adapted societies and ecosystems in an age of rapid environmental change.
As an ecologist and artist, I've explored diverse landscapes, from the Great Plains to Alaska and beyond. My work has been featured in exhibits including at the University of Montana and the International Photography Hall of Fame, and screened in film festivals across the country and internationally.
